Start with a name, company, role, city, profile link, or anything you remember. Search never creates or merges a Person.
Use their exact registration email or phone, even if they have no public Page. They decide whether to accept.

CSV and vCard values remain private notes. They never prove or merge a Person unless an existing verified exact contact already identifies one.

iMessage recovery
If Rey asked you to verify your sending address, connect it to your existing account here. This page does not show message delivery status.
Check the exact phone number or email address you used to SEND the iMessage. It can be different from the address you sign in with.
Keep the HiRey account you already have: sign in to that same account, then connect the sign-in you used in Messages. Do not create a second account for the same person.
