Hey, Bruce. Good to meet you, man. We've been talking for a while, but, you know, thanks for thanks for taking the time to get on the hiring network and try it out and, you know, take this call and talk a little bit about how you're using AI agents and what you think about, you know, our platform and the concept of using AI agents to network and meet other people for any any type of purpose. Yeah, thanks for having me. Of course, man. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. So what have you been using AI agents for like lately in your in your job or in your life or anything like that? We're kind of doing a lot of stuff in the marketing world, so we're constantly, um, there's like a recruitment side of what we do where we're looking for certain types of healthcare professionals out of state. So we've been using it to kind of automate some of those things currently. Oh, that's cool. So like automating your outreach to um To these people like all through AI. So you have like an AI chatbot that talks to them, or what do you do there? Yeah, yeah. We have something that um was built where basically like it can send out um messages to people from a list that we get. And yeah, kind of like cold outreach, but it's been helpful in terms of us kind of building up that rapport. That's cool, man. So the um So the uh the rapport and everything like that. So, OK. So it sounds like it's really kind of helping amplify your outreach. Yeah, yeah, definitely wouldn't be able to do it without it, you know. Yeah. Do you use it for anything creative too, or to like generate anything, or any other, any other kind of like cool projects with it? Um, sometimes, yeah, like we, we, but, but it's mostly though, like the networking side of things is, is what we're more most interested in, you know, it's like we don't really, uh, I do some creative stuff using ChatGPT, for example, uh, and stuff like that. Um, but ChatGPT, to my knowledge, isn't capable of, of doing anything to where it can like help help fill in those positions. How so? It's not, oh, OK, it's not helping you. Yeah, yeah, like we, we, we need something like more complex, um, you know, than that. Like I, I'm, I'm pretty new to AI, so all these things are kind of new to me, but Yeah, using, we've mostly used the more complex stuff in order for that, like to kind of do some of that recruitment. Um, and then maybe organize some things like brochures here and there, you know. Yeah. The um Yeah, so it's got like a wide, I think for marketing, it's got like a wide, wide application of like different use cases. Yeah, there's a lot of different stuff you can use it for, for sure. Yeah. Yeah, and some of the agents, um, it's got, you know, a whole different kind of level to it, I think, with like people trying to like use agents and make agentic workflows and that type of stuff. Yeah. What do you think about the concept of like using something like an AI, your AI agent to meet other people? Like what do you, do you think that'd be something you'd use in your day-to-day or? Oh yeah, for sure, especially if like we could track, like I said, these roles that we're trying to fill and get sort of people that are more qualified that we can talk to, because sometimes we want to talk to people at different organizations. We might not be looking to hire them, but we want to partner up with people that are doing similar things to us or people that have base in a community. So something that enables us to to create those meetings without a lot of legwork, because otherwise you'll be just, you could be stuck just hitting people up all day and not getting an answer, you know, and following up can be very tedious. So to automate that uh helps us tremendously. Oh, that's awesome. So yeah, so it kind of like removing that little bit of like legwork and everything like that really makes things possible that weren't possible before. Yeah. And then with like an AI like focused uh social network, what type of people do you think you'd you'd use it to meet uh personally or professionally aside from these like connections for the business? Um, ideally it would be people that have experience, like, because a lot of times when we just do like job postings, for example, we find people that, you know, aren't really experienced. Did you say aside from employment or? Both, yeah, both. Yeah, so I, I think like it'd be, it'd be cool to get some kind of gauge of personality. And so maybe if there's a way to like, you know, vet a person through AI, that'd be kind of neat to like go into an interview or a meeting, for example, kind of knowing a little bit about them, or maybe it scrubs the internet for their uh kind of like their personal SEO of like, what are the things this person has done, you know, and then also if, if I could get like descriptions of that, then I could really tap into those meetings and like be even more prepared, you know. Yeah. If the AI were able to... No, no, please finish that thought. That was really good. I was just gonna say if the AI can maybe help me learn more about these people, um, so that we can have like, maybe it can lead to a potential icebreaker or something like that, you know. That'd be really neat. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. We're, we're kind of exploring doing um something a little similar with ours. So like, when you get on the HiRey platform, it'll prompt you now and you can like have it generate your, your, your uh profile on our website off of your LinkedIn or your, or your Instagram or something like that. So it can kind of do it for you. But I think that concept of like using it to screen people that you're going to meet with in some way, I think that's a really interesting uh use case for like AI for our platform. Yeah. Yeah, yeah.
