Story
AI-assisted tender platform
At Tendor.AI, shaped a focused product direction from user needs, market positioning, and business opportunities, expanding a tender search-and-filter function into an AI-assisted platform. Embedded Data Shelf across tender discovery, document preparation, and submission as workflow-integrated decision support.
Industrial IoT diagnostic tools
At Eaton & Studio Blue, transformed a nearly 10-year-old PC diagnostic tool into a cross-platform product ecosystem for a flagship VFD product. Designed a mobile workflow for high-risk field use and improved dashboard and waveform-monitoring experiences.
Google Assistant adoption and discovery
At Google Assistant, reframed early churn as an adoption problem involving product value, feature discovery, and everyday relevance. Developed onboarding and contextual recommendation concepts across Home Screen, Lock Screen, and Google Home touchpoints.
