So, hi, my name is Jackie Kwong, and I recently completed my Master of Advanced Architecture Design at UC Berkeley. And before that, I also earned like a five-year Bachelor of Architecture degree from California College of the Arts. And my professional background is mainly in architectural design, construction documentation, and project coordination. So before the graduate school, I have two years of professional experience working as like a project designer, mainly I was there doing tenant improvement, restaurant, retail, and like small commercial projects. And I was involved in the projects from like the early layout, like what we call like schematic design, all the way through the construction, like I mean the permit approval process. So, yes, and so under the guidance of the licensed architect, I prepared the whole construction documentation, including the architectural drawing set, as well as the mechanical, electrical, plumbing drawing sets. Like in terms of the software, I'm comfortable with the AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe, Endscape, like D5 render, and Bluebeam. And so I was also need to, you know, in my previous role, I was also need to coordinate with the like clients, like the architect, the city official, and, you know, to make sure the projects get approved by the city at the end of the, yeah, the day. So right now I'm looking for like a full-time opportunity, you know, in specifically for architecture designer or project designer. And so I'm, you know, I'm especially interested in positions where I can combine the design thinking, technical documentation, code coordination, and project communication. So, yeah, I think one of my strengths is that I understand both the design side and the technical side of the architecture. I'm comfortable, you know, taking the concept and turning it into a clear drawing package. Yes, I think, yeah, that's a little bit about me. And yes, I think that would be a very ideal situation that you can combine all the like design ideas and then make into a real planning out. Yeah, I think that'll be it for this kind of introduction. And please check the follow-up email and feel free to explore anything or ask any questions. OK, I think I missed that I didn't mention the company that I work before. Yes, you can add it. Yeah, yeah, OK, yeah, I mean, you can see the resume or... OK, so I worked like two years, like before graduate school, I worked for two years at InnoTic Design Architecture in Sunnyvale. And I also have like one year experience at Michael Rex Architect in Sausalito, California. And I also, like during the undergrad school, I had like three months experience of like at JPark Architect in Los Angeles. So, yeah, that's very cool. And yeah, thanks for mentioning.
