I'm Kazuki. I've been doing technical support both in English and Japanese for the last 15 years. I'm looking for the position, something aligns with my background, but also open for technical account manager, CSM, integration or implementation manager, that type of role. I'm also open for the support manager role as well. And my specialty is SQL, API, and server debugging. I've led the team, provided trainings, done documentation both in English and Japanese. And something to note was, I was the founding member for opening Tokyo office for Marine software. So I involved creating the support team from scratch, worked very close with CS and the sales team to increase the presence and sales in Japan.
