From this interview
An engineer who ships fast, fails often
Raihan Khan has been an AI engineer for about four years, starting when he experimented with early OpenAI APIs before they were widely used. He built a religious application that he says still has about four million active monthly users, run for free out of his own pocket, and says he has been featured in outlets including Scientific American and news coverage in Abu Dhabi, China, and Italy. He estimates roughly 90 percent of the projects he has built failed or never took off, and says he is comfortable admitting that.
Why products really die
Working as a product manager at a UK-based fintech building an AI CFO and planning tool for early-stage startups, Raihan says he noticed that products rarely fail because of bad ideas or weak engineering. Instead, he points to distribution problems and unclear positioning: websites that promise results but hide the 'how,' and signup flows that demand a credit card before showing any value.
Cold Visit: an AI agent as a first-time visitor
Cold Visit sends an AI agent into a real browser to visit a website, read it the way a human would, and try to reach a user-defined 'first value moment,' such as generating a first itinerary on a trip-planning app. He is rolling out a feature where the agent signs up with a temporary email, attempts that first action, and returns a report on friction, positioning clarity, SEO, design, and unclear or mismatched required fields.
Early traction and who it's for
Raihan says his first users came from Reddit, while his first paying customers came through personal connections in his network who tried the tool, unlocked a report, and gave testimonials. He describes the target users as marketers, early-stage founders, and indie developers who are getting traffic but struggling to convert signups.
What's next
Raihan plans to keep developing Cold Visit for at least three to four months, with new onboarding-simulation features expected within a week or two of the interview. He is also exploring a recurring, QA-style testing mode where a website or codebase could be tested on an ongoing basis rather than through a single one-time report.

He built an open-source project called AgentNet, an agent-communication network, before Google announced a similar concept (A2A).
Cold Visit sends an AI agent to browse or sign up for a website and attempt a user-defined 'first value moment.
A new Cold Visit feature lets the AI agent sign up using a temporary email and simulate onboarding.
Cold Visit reports cover friction points, product positioning/clarity, SEO, design, and required-field issues.
Reports can be downloaded as a PDF and shared with a team or made public.
Why meet Raihan
Early-stage SaaS or fintech founders with traffic but weak signup-to-paid conversion
Raihan can run Cold Visit's AI agent against their site to surface friction, unclear positioning, and required-field problems, while they become a concrete case study and potential paying customer for Cold Visit.
Indie developers and solo builders launching new products
They get a fast, low-cost external audit of their onboarding and first-value moment before wider launch, and Raihan gains early adopters and feedback to refine Cold Visit's upcoming onboarding-simulation feature.
They can pressure-test Raihan's planned recurring-testing feature with real use cases, and he can validate demand for that roadmap direction before building it out.
