Grand Theater is Gray Area’s event venue in a former movie theater built in 1940. The full ground-floor rental covers 6,000 square feet, with 800 maximum capacity and 450 seated, and accommodates exhibitions, performances, conferences and private events. The venue offers sound, lighting and visual equipment, fiber internet and full bar packages. The full theater rental includes the stage, exhibition and lobby areas. Gray Area also offers a community rental program with discounted gear and rental fees for qualifying 501(c)3 nonprofits.
